Upcoming Training: Nova Scotia Best Service Excellence Customer Service Workshop

This is an exciting training opportunity for local businesses – the Nova Scotia Best Service Excellence Customer Service Workshop is being offered at Queens Place Emera Centre on Saturday, October 10 from 9 am – 3:30 pm

Nova Scotia Best Service Excellence workshop is one in a series of training opportunities from Nova Scotia Tourism Human Resource Council, however, the training does not only target those in the tourism industry – it focuses on provision of good service to all customers.  Nova Scotia Best is based on a positive attitude and approach to working with the public, and that each of us can and must make a difference in the customer’s experience.

Cost for TIANS members is $ 85 a person, $ 125 for non members.
